Euxton Methodist scout group meet at Euxton Methodist Church hall on Wigan Road, Euxton (for a map of our location click here).  As well as the weekly meetings, we organise and host a range of extra activities including camps to ensure that you are constantly having fun and learning the morals that we feel are important in every young person.

Scouting runs for boys and girls from the age of 6 all the way to the age of 25 or even longer if you want to be a leader!

                                                          Beavers:          6 - 8
                                                          Cubs:              8 - 10½
                                                          Scouts:           10½ - 14
                                                          Explorer:         14 - 18
                                                          Network:         18 - 25

Our Beaver Colony usually meets on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. during term time.

Our Cub Pack usually meets on Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. during term time.

Our Scout Troop usually meets on Thursdays from 8:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Our current subscription is £5 per month plus a yearly payment of around £25 for capitation (insurance).

Whilst you are trying us out to see if you want to join a section, we ask for £1 per week.

Just contact a leader for the section in which you are interested, call our group scout leader and he will talk you through it.

Euxton Methodist Brownies would like to welcome any girls between 7 - 10 years who would like to join them.  They meet on Tuesday evenings between 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Euxton Methodist Church hall
